So I’ve been really bad this week
I’ve been eating my little piggy heart out
but no more
I need to refocus on my goals and get back on track
I was feeling really shaky so I ate one of my safe foods, an egg with a tablespoon of salsa. 75 calories.
Ugh that’s the first time I’ve eaten before 2 or 3 in like 2 weeks.
